2 prenatal visits:

• Approximately 90 minutes each

• Includes, but is not limited to: time to get acquainted, coping skills discussion & practice, birth plan writing & review, sharing childbirth resources & education information

I provide support by phone or email throughout your prenatal experience to answer questions, process your appointments & share any resources as desired.

Continuous support throughout your labor, birth and 1-2 hours postpartum either in person or by phone—based on your preference and beginning when you feel the need for support. Throughout this time I provide:

• Physical support (ie; massage, labor positions, etc.)

• Emotional support

• Informational support

• Advocacy

If I cannot be present for your labor and birth (ie; predetermined dates, family emergency, illness, etc.) I will work closely with one of my back up doulas to ensure you are supported throughout the birth process.

1-2 postpartum visits, depending on need.

During this time we will:

• Review and process your birth experience (if you wish)

• Discuss breast/chest-feeding

• Identify any ongoing support desired

I also provide continued support by phone to provide emotional and informational support for the first 8 weeks postpartum.

Sliding Scale:

$800-$1600
